The house is available for move in December 1st, however if you would like to move in sooner/ in November we can make that happen as well.

- New washer and dryer unit
- Dishwasher
- The basement was updated in 2022 and the bathroom in 2024
- The upstairs bathroom now featured a soaking tub, and toilet with bidet
- There is now a green house and garden beds located in the yard for anyone who enjoys gardening
The Location:
This house is located on 7th street walking distance from the bars, and minutes away from freeway entrances and exits.
Pets:
- We allow pets on a case by case basis.
Cost:
- $2500/month + $2500 security deposit
- Utilities are not included
- No, there is no additional pet fee (your pet doesnt work, and if any damages occur due to the pet the lease agreement states these will be covered by the tenant).
- No I do not charge 1st, last, and a security deposit... that is bananas >.< I too was a renter and with rents as high as they are that is insane.
- If you need anything/ there are issues at the house I have a manual you will receive upon move in :) I am not a sleazy landlord this is your home and you should be comfortable and taken care of. We strive to address all issues immediately.
