Who We're Looking For:
Queer or queer-friendly (strong preference for someone queer)
Comfortable living with a small dog
Clean and respectful of shared spaces
Rent & Lease Details:
$950/month utilities (water, elect and wifi) included
Six month or year lease is preferred
We will be doing interviews - a lease will be in place for everyone's peace of mind.
