Beach Bear Condo - Gulfview Condos with Indirect Beach Views

Each bedroom has an alarm clock/charging station and available luggage rack. The living room offers a sofa, love-seat, and entertainment center with television. There is fiber internet as this was a recent upgrade. There is an Xbox 360 with a few games available for use. There are childrens DVDs available. Adjoined to the living room is the dining area (with table and chairs for 4 and bar with seating for 3) and half bath. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking or grilling. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot combo, crock pot, blender, mixer, Instant pot, etc.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs and offer queen beds and one with a twin bunk bed and the 2nd with a twin bed and trundle (perfect for 2 families of 4). The full bath is located between the two bedrooms. Bedding, towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. There is a spacious laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Please note there are stairs in the condo that lead to the bedrooms. .

Gulf View condominiums are directly across from the Gulf of America. There are balconies located off the living room and one of the bedrooms- which offer a limited gulf view. There are two plush cushion chairs that rock and two side tables on each balcony.
