Welcome to the beach! This private, studio condo with direct, unobstructed ocean views is directly across the street from North Beach! The kitchen and bathroom are newly remodeled with up-to-date appliances and décor. The condo boasts a large deck, perfect for spending your evenings after a day at the beach. Hampton Beach has a great night scene, with plenty of arcade games, food, and shopping. There are often live performances nearby, and there are also vendors for surfing, boating, and whale watching. This condo is close enough to enjoy all that Hampton Beach has to offer while being distant enough to be quiet and private!

**We have one free parking spot in the lot right next to the house. If you have additional vehicles, you will need to access one of paid lots in the area.**

**We are pet friendly, so please be sure to include your pets in your inquiry, as the pricing will change to include an additional fee. We only allow a MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) pet. The unit is small and cannot accommodate more than 1 pet. While we are excited to welcome your fur babies into our home, we ask that guests be sure to clean up after their pets, both inside and outside. Please be sure to throw poop bags into a garbage bag before throwing them into the bin outside.We also ask guests to keep pets off of all furniture including beds. This makes cleaning easier and also protects future guests with allergies. Lastly, pets (especially dogs) MUST be crated if left alone in the home. If these particular rules are not followed, an additional fee may be added at the end of your stay.**
