For acceptance criteria please send me a message. First months rent ($1,650.00) and a $1,650.00 security deposit are required prior to move-in at the time of lease signing. The lease is for one year with opportunity to stay longer. There is a long driveway for parking (see photo).
NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE BUILDING. As far as pets go, neutered cats are acceptable though there is a pet fee. I do not allow dogs. No exceptions.
