So let's just say this apartment is a 20month-old, it has like one-and-more-than-a-half bedrooms- technically two, they both have closets, but- the smaller one would maybe make a perfect office instead of a comparable bedroom/roommate sitch.
High ceilings, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave, updated bathroom, AND a stackable washer and dryer in-unit.
Located in the heart of the Central West End! Garage parking option, elevator access, secured entry, and close to lots of shopping and dining options in a hip neighborhood!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog- larger dogs accepted, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
