I am an artist that works for other artists, and have been renting out two of my rooms for the last 12 years via Airbnb, rating has been 4.8 - 5 the entire decade. I used to rent day to day (up to 800 guests per year) but now that work has become so busy I can only rent month to month for up to 3 months and longer if we are a good match, (in all these 12 years I have only had one incident) I prefer one person to this room, but you are allowed weekend guests or just ask me if you have different dates. small dogs and cats are acceptable based on what ever other animals I might have from the other renter (right now none)
I love the coastline, jump in the ocean several times a week, I love cooking, artichokes and garlic and grow my own tomatos and herbs which you are welcome to. The back patio is being worked on currently but it is a nice quiet place to ponder the grapevines and blue/grey skies.
Utilities are included, unless for some reason it goes higher - I will ask for compensation
