The home is not ADA compliant (an oversight I will not make with my next home!). Queer-friendly. Amazing little coffee shop two and a half blocks away on University Ave where he roasts his own beans. Ten minutes to SDSU. Less than a mile to a fantastic YMCA. Rather quiet block.
Parking would be tandem- perhaps we can make it work schedule-wise or keep keys on the hook to move cars when necessary. Amenities included: central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, and yard. Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet and water.
