Seeking tenant(s) for a whole home lease. Move-in date is between July 1 - August 1, 2026. Open to discussing lease length.
The Home:
It is less than a mile from CU (near Baseline and Broadway), across the street from thousands of acres of OSMP trails leading into the Flatirons, central to the 36, and close to bus stops. The home has a total of five beds, two baths, and a storage room. Living space includes the living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The home also has a relatively large fenced in back yard (its a clean slate for gardening if thats your thing)!
The Rooms:
Downstairs: One approximately 140 sq. ft. room with hardwood floor and good natural lighting. Two approximately 100 sq. ft. rooms with hardwood floors and good natural lighting. One approximately 85 sq. ft. room with carpet and some natural lighting (this one seems best used as a storage room in our experience).
Upstairs: Two approximately 130 sq. ft. rooms with carpet and good natural lighting.
Utilities & Security Deposit:
Utilities will need to be placed in the tenants name. The current utilities are water, electricity, trash, and internet.
Security deposit is equal to one months rent.
The Tenants:
We are looking for any of the following: single tenant, group of tenants, or a family to rent the home. The tenant(s) are ideally cleanly individuals that can take basic care of the home during their lease term.
Pets:
Pets are negotiable. If agreed upon, each pet will require $30/month additional pet rent and a $300 security deposit.
