You would take care of your own utilities cost, electrical, water , sewer (easy to put in your own name). Lovely place that my mother is not currently using so we are happy to see someone else appreciate it. We have some of my mothers things stored at the far end of the family room downstairs and there is one small room that is packed with my fathers things so its off limits, but was just a small space anyway.There is no dishwasher in the kitchen (my mother wanted to do it all by hand) but the loveliness of the home makes up for that inconvenience. If you have any questions at all, feel free to call me and ask. We are even open to a one month lease if someone is in between homes, etc. , or if all is going well after 6 months we can simply entend the time to a year if needed! We did have issues in the past with a leaser who would simply not pay rent/bills and we did have to evict, so we will be very careful with our contract- no grace period for overdue rent, etc. Thanks for understanding, we are easy to work with!
