Smaller room with shared bathroom is priced differently (less)than the ensuites. Common areas are shared. Driveway, street parking, and wifi are available at no additional charge. A total of 4 persons will be living at this property-1 per room. This is a pet free home. Room with shared bathroom is priced at 900 dollars. Ensuites are 1500. All utilities are included, except electricity, which will be priced only in excess to what the owners are used to paying prior to renting. So lets say, owners paid $200 prior to renting the home, and after renting the bill is 250, then that 50 dollars will be split evenly amongst renters.

Background check and rental history check required along with employment verification and income verification, and soft credit pull. Must have 2 recommendations unrelated to renter. To move in renters will need to complete an application online. Application fee is 55 dollars, security deposit is half of your rent, and youll need 1st months rent. So lets say youre renting the room thats going for 900, then your estimated move in cost will be 1405.
