This is a small private yurt which is furnished with desk, chairs, comfy queen sized bed, and countertop. Inside the yurt are the basics for day to day living, with a large deck leading to composting toilet, semi indoor/outdoor shower, sink for dishwashing and hand washing, and fire pit. The yurt is tucked into the side of a forest with its front deck covered in Jasmine, Grapes and Hops. There are numerous fruit trees including a large apple, plum and pear orchard steps from the front door. About the landmates: we are currently 6 adults, 2 teenagers and one young child living throughout 3 houses and one trailer on 16 acres. We occasionally gather for shared work and meals, but do not have any formal requirements for communal living, as each of us tends to enjoy our own rhythm and routines. We are in search of someone who prefers the seclusion and privacy that country living offers, but can communicate needs effectively. All utilities included. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
