2.) We will need 2 of your most recent consecutive paystubs if self pay
3.)The Resident's benefit package (renters Insurance) $49.95 added monthly fee - only for self paying applicants, this does not include HUD applicants.
4) Lastly, We will need a copy of your I.D.
