Newly renovated, one level single family home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Close to downtown Statham, convenient to Winder, Athens and Hwy 316. This home has been recently renovated, has new neutral flooring and paint throughout, new kitchen counters and some other nice touches. This home is total electric with central heat + air and includes use of a stove and refrigerator. The laundry closet is in the kitchen with washer/dryer connections only. The yardcare is included at this location (grass cutting and trimming/weed eating).

(This property shares a driveway with the neighboring house, 2 cars will fit side by side (for this household), parking and driving are permitted on the driveway only.)

Utilities are the tenant’s responsibility.

The utilities are with:

Water: City of Statham [Use CALL button]

ARI bills tenant $24 per month for garbage service.

ARI bills tenant $10.50 per month for tenant liability insurance. ** This is NOT Renters Insurance / see below. **

Legal Liability Insurance Required – We will accept coverage you obtain on your own OR it is available for $10.50 per month, added to your rent through our source. This is for $100,000 coverage amount with no deductible (see below for more information).

A tenant can obtain the legal liability insurance on their own OR for your convenience it can be automatically included through our rental website for a charge of $10.50 per month. This monthly charge is in addition to your regular monthly rent amount. If a tenant chooses to obtain this legal liability insurance policy through an insurance company of your choice, tenant will be required to have our firm listed as named insured. The tenant will be named as an additional insured party and must provide proof of coverage for the duration of the lease agreement (must provide a paid receipt for a year in advance).
