CRIMINAL BACKGROUND:
- Be completely honest if it exists, not an immediate disqualification
JOB HISTORY:
- Must be on job minimum of 6 months.
- Job must be verified by supervisor or HR representative or check stubs
INCOME:
- Gross income (before taxes) must be at least 4 x the rent amount. Pay is combined for group applications.
- Must be verified by bank account, current check stubs, or other source.
Application reviews will take a minimum of 2 business days to complete depending on receipt of verifications requested.
