Golfview Flats offers spacious apartment living in a quiet Sunrise setting, with select homes featuring golf course and waterfront views from private balconies with glass railings. Our oversized floor plans include desirable features such as large private balconies and in-unit washers and dryers, creating a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
Located in Sunrise, Golfview Flats offers easy access to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Sawgrass Mills, and Metropica, with shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby.
All prospective residents who are 18 years of age or older must submit a rental application. A $100 non-refundable application fee is required for each applicant 18 years of age or older. Applicants must consent to background, credit, rental history, and income verification as part of the screening process.
Applicants must meet the property's rental screening criteria, including verifiable household income equal to at least three times the monthly rent, which may be combined among approved applicants. Required documentation includes proof of income, a valid photo ID, a payment history ledger from the applicant's current residence, and employment and/or prior rental references, as applicable.
In addition to monthly rent, residents are responsible for a $5 monthly pest control fee, a $15 monthly trash service fee, and monthly water/sewer and garbage reimbursement based on apartment size.
Security deposit requirements are based on credit and screening results. Applicants with a credit score of 700 or higher generally require a minimum security deposit equal to one month's rent. Applicants with a credit score between 600 and 699 generally require a minimum security deposit equal to two months' rent. Applicants who do not meet the property's minimum screening criteria may not qualify.
Pets are subject to approval under the property's pet policy. Approved pets must be non-aggressive, under 20 pounds, and are subject to a $40 monthly pet fee per pet.
