3 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom Unfurnished Long Term Rental Condo - Move over Mid-century modern, the hipsters are coming in! The Indian Canyon Gardens community is gated and has year-round heated pools! Come home and relax by the pool or enjoy an evening dining alfresco on your own spacious patio.

This wonderful condo is a 2 Story unit with the 3 bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. The downstairs features a stylish kitchen and dining area with tile flooring, living room with hardwood bamboo flooring, and laundry closet with washer & dryer. The condo has an updated kitchen including granite countertops, black stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a stainless steel fridge. For your comfort there is a new A/C and Heating Unit. The master bedroom has lots of storage space with 2 walk-in closets. There is carpet throughout the upstairs bedrooms.

This home boasts a large fenced in private back patio landscaped with plants and has enough room to fit an outdoor dining set and lounge chairs. It also has a gas hook-up for an outdoor grill that is equipped for this type of set up.

This rental has the added convenience of 2 assigned covered parking spaces just off of the condo's entrance.

Its community is right across the street from the SpaTerre Palm Springs and minutes from Victoria Park. And you are just a short walk to the community pool and hot tub area.

Rent and Fees are as follows: rent $1250; administrative fee: $50; tenant liability insurance: $9.50* (can be purchased through our management system or another company with documentation provided by tenant to us), and administrative fee: $50. You will be required to pay prorated 1 st month rent and fees plus a security deposit of $1300 and a non-refundable departure cleaning fee of $150 prior to moving in.

*We require that our tenants enroll in or currently have liability insurance that covers tenant caused accidental damages to the property for at least up to $100,000 coverage. If you already have this type of insurance or are acquiring it from another company you will need to provide us with the documentation including policy number and expiration prior to move-in. If you don’t already have this type of insurance our Management software offers one that is very reasonable ($9.50 per month) and it is paid at the same time as rent via the same method (online payment through our tenant portal or via check mailed to our office) as your rent payment. This is not renter's insurances and doesn't cover the tenants or their guest's personal belongings or property.
