2) Rent to own: $2350 move in, $650/mo payments. Here is how that works: Must stay in my rv park until paid off. $2000 downpayment plus $350 lot rent(all utilities paid) gets you in. Thereafter, pay $350 lot rent plus $300 rv payment, which totals $650/month for 60 months, then you own it. No interest and no penalty for early payoff.

3) Rental only option: 12 month lease: $400 deposit plus $730 first month rent equals $1130 move in. $730 /mo thereafter. All utilities paid. Additional deposit for pets, usually $200 fee and $20/mo depending

One bedroom rv is clean and everything works. AC blows cold. Pets are allowed upon approval- but they must not be an annoyance to your neighbors in any way.
