- Full bathroom, shared with one other person of the same gender
- You will also have access to common areas including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and foyer. The common areas are also fully furnished.

- Clean up common areas after each use so other guests can enjoy the space.
- Refrigerator and kitchen cabinet space to be split amongst ALL guests. Please work out details with the other guests and be fair!
- Please be clean, respectful and take care of the place.
