Completed and approved application required prior to scheduling a showing.(We will contact you for scheduling)
One application per tenant/co-signer (minors excluded).
$50 non-refundable application fee per applicant.
Applications are valid for 30 days from submission and transferable to other available properties during that time.
Processing time: typically 5–7 business days (depending on responsiveness of references and verifications).
Application Requirements
Minimum 600 credit score (co-signers accepted with 700+ credit score).
3x monthly rent in verifiable income. (EX: Rent $1,000 x 3x's= Minimum $3,000 income)
2 years of approved rental history.
All occupants 18+ must be listed on the lease and have an application on file.
Lease Terms
12-month lease only.
Security deposit must be paid within 24 hours of approval to secure the property. If not received, the unit may be offered to the next qualified applicant.
First month’s rent due prior to move-in.
Tenants required to pay $35/month Tenant Benefit Package (subject to change).
All tenants are required to maintain renter’s insurance with $100,000 minimum liability coverage and list RE/MAX Advantage Plus as an additional interested party.
