This self sufficient suite offers ~900 square feet of tastefully fully furnished living space on an expansive gated property. The carpeted living area features ample natural light and is designed for comfortable living to include a large flat screen TV and a pull-out sofa for overnight guests.

This Exquisite Guest House sleeps 5 with two guests in the Bedroom on the California King Bed and two guests in the Queen Size Pull Out Sofa Bed in the living room. A twin cot can accommodate one additional guest found in the generous storage areas.
