It’s a charming place—street-level private entrance, front and back porches, a shared fenced backyard, and just a short walk to BART, Transbay bus stops, Berkeley, and many great neighborhood spots.
The room available is bright, spacious (14x14), and unfurnished. It has two sliding doors- an early 1900s architectural detail. We’ll split utilities (about $80/month total) and fiber internet ($38/month each). The apartment also has an in-unit washer/dryer, a shared walk-in closet, large shared external storage, and free permitted street parking.

I’m a professional woman who cares about creating a calm, clean, secure, and low-key home where we both feel comfortable. I appreciate a friendly vibe—the occasional shared meal or chat—but also respect personal space. I’m looking for someone considerate, communicative, and willing to share household tasks like cleaning.
Move-in details:
Rent: $1,864/month
One well-behaved dog may be welcome with a meet-and-greet and additional $500 deposit
