You must make 3 times the rent
No current evictions, nor bankruptcies.
Credit score must start at 650, if below 650 you may qualify on a double deposit depending on what's on the credit report. And that may only be determined after application has been processed.
Current rental history is required.
If no rental history, you must obtain a Co-signer. He/she must have excellent credit, and good rental history must make 4 times the rent.
ALL adults over the age of 18 years old must fill out a separate application.
Please submit CURRENT check stubs when submitting application. Four check stubs are required when paid weekly, and two check stubs are required when paid bi-weekly. If paid cash, you must submit FULL bank statements for a total of a year.
Offer letter are also accepted.
Notarized letters are not accepted.
