Utilities: Owner pays for garbage service, landscaping, fire alarm monitoring, and security camera monitoring.

Tenants pay for electric bill for their unit plus their fair share of the gas bill and water-sewer bill.

Utility details: Tenants to place electricity in their names, as there is a separate electric meter for Unit 2. Tenants to pay their fair share of the other utilities via a tenant bill back system.

Percentage of gas bill: 56% for Unit 2 (based on square footage)

Percentage of water bill: based on total number of tenants in each unit.
