Self-contained “tiny house” in my beautiful back yard
Perfect for a responsible, reliable and undemanding person. Private and peaceful, it’s set at the back end of my backyard, in a beautiful garden environment. It has a small stove, a refrigerator, a wall heater and air conditioner. Otherwise unfurnished. Drawback—not much storage space in this 600 square foot cabin. Drawback—It is attached to my garage dance studio. I practice around 5 hours a week at varying hours, and it can be noisy. There is a parking spot in the alley for the tenant as well as an entrance/exit door primarily, but not exclusively, for the tenant.
