Terms/Approval Requirements: One-year lease, security deposit is same as rent, no smoking, pets upon owner approval ($250 deposit per pet, 1 pet max, 35 lbs max). Please send a photo of your pet with your lease application. Trash, water and sewer are included with rent. Minimum FICO score of 630 and 2.5 times the amount of rent in income required. Lease must be signed & Security Deposit provided within 3 days of approval. Move-in must be within 2 weeks, with full Security Deposit.
