Unit is Immediately available. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium is in The Colonnade in Kentland. This unit offers ample living space, natural light, spacious kitchen, large closets, washer & dryer in the unit. Enjoy the convenience of the Kentland shops in walking distance and known for its extensive amenities- outdoor pool, gymnasium, wine tasting room, library and local bar for residents. This unit comes with locked storage rarely available for the residents across the corridor of the unit. Unit also comes with two parking space in a secure garage in the complex- one with cover garage and other in uncover area of the garage. Rent is included parking and storage without additional fee. All utilities will be paid by the renter. Strictly, no pets or smoking is allowed

The owner will pay the HOA/CONDO fees.

Tenant will be responsible for payment of all utilities. They need to open an account with PEPCO for electricity. Water/Sewer and gas are sub-metered for each unit in the building. The owner will have the monthly bill from the third party metering company and forwarded to the tenant for their payments.

Tenant is responsible to contact the Condominium Property Management office at the site for move-in schedule and required move in deposit (refundable security deposit against any damages during the move-in) to be paid directly to them.

Tenant should coordinate with the owner to arrange scheduling for their party or meeting in party/meeting room administered by the facilities property management company. All fees are required to be paid for party or meeting by the tenant.

The tenant is fully agree on the condominium requirements and city/county rules and regulations duration of their stay in the unit and Colonnade Condominium facilities and thereafter if required by the law.

Minimum of one month rent equivalent refundable security deposit is required. In addition, $500 water/sewer and gas refundable security deposit is also required.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and entre facilities in Colonnade Condominiums.

This is not a group housing. Sharing is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Renter insurance is required. Income-to-rent ratio: 3.25x (non-negotiable) Credit score: 740+ (negotiable)
