We will personally show the unit and bring along with us the proof of ownership such as a deed which matches with the county record, homeowner insurance which has our names on it, and County tax record/our accounting records to show that we have been paying tax on the house. We do not ask you for cash or to wire any fund upfront. Until you are able to confirm who we are and interested in renting, we will then accept your information to run background and credit to move on with the process.
