I am renting out one bedroom with a shared bath in my home in East Cobb, Marietta! You will have your own bedroom, the bathroom next to your room is a shared bathroom (at this time only you will be using it). Your bedroom is fully furnished! The house is a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house. The common spaces of the house will be shared amongst you, me and my boyfriend. We are very easy going and prefer a similar personality. The house is located in one of the safest and most upscale neighborhoods in Marietta - the most desirable area to be in, centrally located close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and cafés! We will split cost of utilities (usually around $150 a month). I prefer a female that's 21-38 years old, as I am a 28-year-old female myself. You'll most likely have to have street parking at this moment in time (this could change). Fenced-in backyard, great for hosting friends or cookouts! We prefer no smoking. We have all entertainment streaming services available!
