This home-y one bedroom comes pretty darn close; hardwood floors run throughout the 700 square feet of this apartment, (save for the exquisite tile in the kitchen!) with large rooms and, you guessed it---BOOOONUS ROOOM! Gas range in the kitchen for cooking adventures, and a bathroom for staying fresh. Parking is easy-peasy with an off-street parking pad option out back. Washer and Dryer hookups in the basement. The Rolling Stones did say later in the song " But if you try sometime, you find, you get what you need," and I'm down with that!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
