We also require an application fee, Its $35.00 for 1 adult and $50.00 for 2 adults. - ONLY UPON APPROVAL - We do provide a stove. We do not provide a refrigerator. No pets allowed.
Requirements:
1.) We ask that you make 3 times the rental rate if self pay
2.) HUD we will need to see your HUD packet.
3.) We will need a copy of your I.D.
4.) There will be an extra charge of $49.95 for self paying tenants. This is our Resident's benefit Package (renters insurance)
