Welcome home to breezy Makakilo living! 🌴
We’re offering a private bedroom in our single-family home perched on the west side of O‘ahu, with a panoramic ocean view and plenty of aloha. The room is approximately 100 sq ft, with a shared bathroom (shared only with one weekday employee), and can be furnished with a queen bed or left unfurnished to suit your style.
Rent is $1,350/month, including all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The household includes a married couple (both work from home), our weekday employee, and two friendly, medium-sized dogs. We’re LGBTQIA+ friendly, clean, and mellow—ideal for someone who’s dog-friendly, communicative, and appreciates a peaceful place to recharge.
While the home is generally quiet—especially during work hours—we occasionally host larger social gatherings or client events on our deck. These are always planned in advance with housemate comfort in mind. We’re looking for someone who’s flexible, open, and comfortable in a dynamic shared environment.
Occasional guests of your own are absolutely welcome—we just ask for clear communication and consideration of shared spaces.
Amenities include a washer/dryer, large yard, ample street parking, and convenient access to Costco, Ka Makana Ali‘i, and the H-1.
