We are Accepting Section 8/ HUD on this property. - We have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. !~ We are asking $1400.00 a month for rent and a 1 time required deposit of $800.00. We also require an application fee, Its $35.00 for 1 adult and $50.00 for 2 adults. - ONLY UPON APPROVAL - We do provide a stove. We do not provide a refrigerator. No pets allowed.
Requirements:
1.) We ask that you make 3 times the rental rate
2.) We will need 2 of your most recent consecutive paystubs if self pay - If HUD we will need a copy of the letter in your packet that shows bedroom count/ unit size -UPON APPROVAL- We will need your packet, deposit, and app fee
3.)The Resident's benefit package (renters Insurance) $49.95 added monthly fee only for self paying applicants.
4)We will need a copy of your I.D. -If there are 2 people applying we will need an application on both applicants, 2 paystubs from each applicant, A copy of both parties I.D.
We strongly advise that you ride by the property before you apply. We do have other properties. We are located @ 3269 Terry rd.
