Large and spacious late 1800s farmhouse in rural area surrounded by farms but still close to the city (~15 minutes to downtown Wilmington/Wilmington College) and ~5 minutes to 71 N/S. 5 bedrooms total- 1 on the first floor and 4 on the second, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room for stackable washer/dryer (or single unit washer/dryer combo). Newer windows, new plumbing, and new hot water heater. An application must be received to schedule a tour. Background and credit check required for all lease holders and will only be performed after deciding to move forward. This requires a non-refundable fee of $25/applicant. All residents 18 and over must submit for a background check and requires a non-refundable fee of $25/person. Rent includes the following: water, electric, trash, and propane. Pets are welcome, up to (4) total. Section 8/HUD is not accepted. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Lawn care is the responsibility of the tenant. Please be respectful of my and my current renters time and cancel tours within a reasonable amount of time if you cannot make it.
