The unit underwent/is currently under a major renovation in January of 2025 which included: Brand new Kitchen, Bathroom, and Pantry cabinets (shaker style with soft close drawers). New quartz countertops, new sinks and new faucets in both kitchen and bathroom, new GE Profile Dishwasher. Fresh paint throughout the house, new light fixtures in the kitchen, bathroom, and dining room, new window coverings for all windows, and new dual pane, high e, energy efficient windows have been ordered. New plank flooring (grey in color) and new baseboards throughout has started on 7.16.25, so any pics you see with the tan tile, will soon be the gray plank flooring with new 3.5” baseboards. Now for the other stuff:
Yes, I can work with prospective tenants that have a bad credit, criminal history, felonies etc. You MUST be up front and honest with me before I run the background check, as long as you disclose it first, we can potentially work together. HOWEVER
If you lie to me, you will NOT be accepted. Also, you MUST have the full move in costs at time of move in. I will NOT under any circumstances take partial move in costs.
Rent listed is per month, 12 month lease. Move in costs is a full months rent, plus security deposit that is equal to first moths rent, plus $40 per person credit check, plus $200 Non-refundable cleaning/move in fee. Do not ask me what the move in costs are since they are described here.
If you have a pet, it’s an additional $150 Non-refundable, per pet cleaning fee, PLUS an additional $25 per pet, per month fee. Any pets must be declared on the lease and no other pets will be allowed, or removed after lease signing without a change in the lease. Any requests for service animals must be accompanied by the appropriate legal documentation.
The Condo for rent is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 915sf, 2 level unit located at 600 S Dobson Rd, Mesa AZ (Near Broadway and Dobson rd). It has a very small fenced in courtyard in front, no grass. Washer, Dryer, and refrigerator, microwave oven are included. Water is also included. All other utilities to be paid by the tenant.
Parking: There is one covered space parking space and additional uncovered parking.
Move in Date. The unit is vacant. I will not hold the home for you for an extended amount of time (for instance 30 days from now).
I will NOT ask you to send or supply any deposit to me online or by mail etc! Any deposits will only be taken in person and in cash. If you are out of state or whatever scam and want to send me a money order, it won’t be accepted.
