Applicants must make at least three times the amount of rent. We verify income, credit report, criminal report, and past landlord references. Applicant must have at least a 500 credit score. Co-signers accepted for income purposes only. Application fee is only $50 per adult with an admin fee of $99 per household, the admin fee is refundable if declined for credit.
