Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and additional pet rent of $25/month for each pet approved.

Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Water/sewer and refuse service are included for a flat $65 monthly charge. Tenants pay for power (EWEB) and internet/cable if desired.

Laundry: Home does not include a washer and dryer.

Landscaping: Tenant is not responsible for landscaping.
