The space is ideal for someone quiet, peaceful, respectful, hygienic, and clean—who works full-time or attends school and has a steady income. While the home is furnished, the room will be unfurnished, and while the house is shared, you'll have your own private downstairs half bathroom (toilet and sink). The upstairs shower will be shared, but that toilet and sink are not for roommate use. Please respect that, you must agree to only use that bathroom to shower.

I don't smoke or do drugs and prefer someone who doesn't either.

I handle all regular house cleaning and maintenance—all I ask is that you keep your personal space clean at all times and to pick up after yourself.
