NO SMOKING AND NO VAPING OF ANY SUBSTANCES ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY. Resident to pay all utilities and to maintain the landscaping. Utilities paid by the tenant are gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, recycling, internet, tv etc.
