THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, if you are looking for a party house or have not gotten over the party phase of your life, this is NOT the house for you, please keep looking. This is a low key house, where we are not looking for this to be the host house or the house to bring the party back, as the guys work or go to school and are very busy. Being that the roommates must get up for school and/or work we are looking for someone that has the same values of keeping the house social without being the crash pad for their friends. No problem with “NORMAL” social events, game day gatherings, backyard BBQ’s etc. Just not looking for anything that is going to get out of hand or late night activities that will encourage current roommates and/or neighbors to complain. Non-smoking, including E-cigs/vaping. Not 420 friendly as roommates could have security clearances that would be compromised, or jobs put in jeopardy.
