I'm renting one bedroom out in a three bedroom two bath home. I will cover the pool service and the utilities and the internet myself. I'm looking for somebody who doesn't smoke or vape or do drugs and doesn't have guests over because I usually don't have guests over myself. It's more comfortable for whoever is living in the house not to have strangers come and go for their safety and security of their property as well. I will be your only roommate.

I also ask that you get your own personal mailbox. UPS is best as they accept mail and packages as well. That way nobody's mail gets misplaced or accidentally forwarded when someone moves. Want someone who has a full-time job who actually works outside of the home.

Can store stuff in garage plus have spot for small RV, boat, trailer etc. negotiable if needed.
