Regular schedule, no smoking, quiet environment — everyone usually stays in their own room with doors closed
We’ve lived together for 10 months and have a harmonious relationship

Dates: July 13 – August 26, 2025 (Total 45 days)
Total Rent: $1,600 (approx. $1,067/month)
Original Lease (see last image): $5,949/month. The original cost for the living room was $5,949 ÷ 3 − 200 = $1,783/month. Now offering 45 days for $1,600 (approx. $1,067/month) — a steeply discounted sublet.

Electricity, Facility, and Internet Fees: Shared with two roommates, approx. $80/person
Convenient Transportation
Subway: F train – 1 stop to the island
Tram: One-stop ride with great views
Free island shuttle buses to subway/tram stations every 15–20 minutes. The Octagon is the last stop, where the bus waits 5–10 minutes. You can see if the bus has arrived directly from the room — no need to wait downstairs. Just head down when you see it arrive.
Community & Facilities
Safety: Roosevelt Island has near-zero crime — one of NYC’s safest areas. 24/7 doorman. Almost no homeless people wandering the island.
Fitness & Recreation: Free access to on-site gym, swimming pool, and tennis court (included in facility fee)
Outdoors: Island loop trail with Manhattan skyline views, fresh air, and scenic surroundings
Daily Life
Foodtown supermarket on the island for fresh groceries and daily needs
One stop off-island to Trader Joe’s
30-minute walk to Costco (I usually walk there with roommates and share a Lyft back for just $8 total, $4/person)
