After review of the photos and video (video will be available early May) please complete the application online. I will be in touch with you directly with the next steps. We will not process your application until you view the property in person or approve us to do so based on the video tour. Therefore, the application fee ($40) will be refundable if credit/criminal/eviction background check is not actually processed.

Applications are available online through our website (www.arbors.com). There you will find all of our available listings. The application fee is $40 per adult and each adult, 18 or older, will need to fill out a separate application.
In order for your application to be approved, you will have to meet a minimum average credit score, pass a criminal background check (no misdemeanor convictions in the last 5 years and/or no felony convictions in the last 10 years, and no evictions within the last 5 years.) as well as provide proof of income of at least 3 times the amount of rent and a copy of your driver's license or photo ID.
