I look for a minimum credit score of 600 and the gross monthly income to be 3x the rent. No smoking and cats possibly considered. Resident is only responsible for the electric/internet, the landlord takes care of the dumpster on site, plowing, landscaping, water, and sewer. Plenty of parking on the newly paved parking lot.
