Unit comes fully furnished & Ideal for traveling professionals & Military or for 1-2 people only. In unit washer & dryer. Community boat access.
Minimum credit score of 650 required. Applicants must not have any evictions, lease violations, unpaid rent, late payments, collections, or bankruptcies in the last 7 years. A high debt-to-income ratio may affect approval. If below 650, proof of liquid funds covering 6 months (12 months if 1 year lease)' rent is required along with additional month of security deposit. Monthly income must be at least 3x the rent, with verifiable proof such as pay stubs, bank statements, or tax returns. Higher rent with utilities included.
Due to small space, only one small - med dog (5-10 lbs, non-aggressive breed - no cat please) allowed with $350 non-refundable fee + $20/ month pet rent (per pet). Contact us if you have more than 1 pet, or if it exceed weight limit.
Renter's insurance (pet liability addition required if you are coming with pet) will also be required before move in.
Rental History and Final Approval: After an initial application is accepted, all applicants must provide their previous rental history and landlord contact info for verification. Final approval is conditional. Any negative history, such as past evictions, late payments, or property damage, is grounds for disqualification even after an initial acceptance.
