2 Person Household Annual Combined Income LESS THAN $41,760
3 Person Household Annual Combined Income LESS THAN $46,980
4 Person Household Annual Combined Income LESS THAN $52,200
The student restrictions are as follows:
The household cannot be comprised entirely of full-time students. At least one person on the lease must be a part-time student or not attending a university during this calendar year, with the following exceptions:
- At least one member of the household is currently enrolled in a job-training program assisted under the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) or a similar federal, state, or local program.
- A student who was previously under foster care.
- A member of the household is married and able to file a joint tax return.
- Household consists of a single parent and his/her dependents, where neither the single parent nor their children are dependents of another individual.
- At least one member of the household receives assistance under Title IV of the Social Security Act (i.e.TANF)
