7 week summer rental- $600/wk, total of $4200 - 1 Bedroom 2 Bathroom House In Windham
**PLEASE READ: This is a 7 week summer rental from Sat July 19th through Sun Sept 7th. (The platform doesnt provide an option to select for a 7 week rental so it is listed as 1 month.) We are looking to rent the house for the entire 7 week duration.**
Our house has 1 spacious bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware and tableware, and includes all the comforts of home (dishwasher, microwave, instant pot, electric kettle, blender, Keurig coffee maker). Other amenities include a deck overlooking a large backyard, hardwood floors, and a washer/dryer in the garage. Downstairs and upstairs A/C window units keep things cool on warmer days. All utilities are included (we have fiber internet, please note that we do not have cable TV).
NO SMOKING permitted in house or on property.
Location is close to town but in a peaceful wooded area:
-10 minutes to North Windham (restaurants, groceries, stores)
-15 minutes to I-95
-35 minutes to Scarborough & Old Orchard area beaches
-25 minutes to Sebago Lake State Park
Important: We have two small dogs that live here when we are not renting. The house will be professionally cleaned before renting but we cannot guarantee there will be no remaining pet dander, so those with allergies please be aware.
There is a tenant living in the above-garage apartment who enters through the garage (no access to house).
