Laundry: In-unit Laundry
Tenant pays electricity and gas directly to provider. Tenant pays trash and water to Landlord via Utility Addendum.
App/Lease Notes: Application fee is $60 per person. Security deposit is 1-month's rent, but could be as high as 2 month's rent if applicant has low credit or limited rental history. There is a $500 pre-lease deposit, due at the same time the application is submitted, which is refunded if the applicant is Denied, and becomes part of the security deposit if applicant is Approved. Full screening criteria is available on EIG's website or by request to EIG. This property does not participate in Section 8. Leases must end in March to August, so the lease could be 9 to 15 months, and not necessarily 12 months.
