Renton on the East side of I-405. Looking for an affordable, cozy living space, yet don't want to pay high Seattle rent? Then this place is for you! Located just off Sunset Blvd in Renton, this unit is one side of a duplex and is comfortably sized at 720 square feet. The new luxury vinyl plank flooring is throughout, including the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There is also new paint throughout. Appliances include an electric stove, refrigerator, and a full-size washer & dryer. The unit also features efficient Gas heat. There is lots of free off-street parking for vehicles behind the building.

Basic Qualifications- Good credit. Stable, verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. (Approximately $4200 per month). For income qualification, we only combine the incomes of the two highest-income tenants. Must have favorable (3rd party) landlord references from the past 2 landlords (or at least 3 years from a single landlord). We run criminal background checks on applicants and apply HUD qualification standards for consideration of acceptability.

We accept rental vouchers (like Section 8), however, except for "income", applicants must meet all other qualifications.

Utilities are not included. Residents must establish accounts for electricity and gas with Puget Sound Energy. Water, sewer, and garbage are paid by the landlord and then are billed back to the resident.

This is a No Smoking building. Renters' insurance is required (minimum liability coverage of $500,000 -- premiums are normally less than $20 per month). Minimum 12-month lease to start. Move-in funds required for qualified applicants are the first month's rent (prorated if the lease begins after the first day of the month), security deposit, and any additional deposits or pet rent.

We do not accept "portable screening reports".

Two pet limit- (cats only, NO DOGS or exotic animals)-- must be at least one-years old, house broken/litter box trained, spayed & neutered, have all required vaccinations, and with positive landlord references -- additional deposit would be required. (Deposit $400 for one pet, $500 for two pets) -- pet rent is $35 per month for one pet, $50 per month for two pets.
