This bright and spacious 3-bedroom home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped kitchen, lounging in a sunlit living room, and getting a restful night’s sleep in any of the comfortable bedrooms. The home is situated in a safe neighborhood with quick access to shopping, dining, medical centers, and minutes to Little Rock Air-Force base. Whether youre in town for business, visiting family, or relocating, this versatile property is designed to suit all types of travelers.
Dogs welcome, maximum of three, no other pets will be accepted, to include cats.!

Application Fee: $65.00 per adult over 18 years old.
Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Minimum credit score of 680 is required.
Exceptions may be granted if the home is a corporate lease, as a third party payer for the tenants or occupants.
Security Deposit and other applicable fees, to include dogs, will apply based on trip length and may change based on the application information provided.
Any stays under 30 days a 13.5% occupancy tax will apply.
Nightly and weekly stays may be available based on a 5 day minimum. Call for availability.
